Round Two Continued...
Jared is almost through with his second round of chemo and he is doing very well. Today he went for a walk twice and was feeling pretty good. Tomorrow at 7:30am Jared will be having a port put into his head to continue chemo treatments in his spine. They opted to put the port in his head because it is better than having to go in and do a spinal tap each time they need to do a spinal chemo treatment. It is actually pretty interesting: there are two chambers on each side of your brain which hold spinal fluid; this spinal fluid circulates throughout the brain and spinal column and the port will go directly into one of those chambers. Even though to the neurosurgeon this is a very common procedure Jared still needs to be covered in prayer.
Jared and Christina were unable to obtain the high risk health insurance they had hoped for. They do qualify for Medicare but they were told there is a two year waiting list. We are praying that the Lord would supernaturally push them through this process and Jared would be covered immediately. Please pray with us for favor with the Medicare office.
Thank you for your continued prayer and support, you are making a difference!

Hello Jared........Good to hear from Jessica that you are doing better! She says your voice sounded GOOD and stronger. We rejoice in this news. I just read of hope of relief in God's Mercy in Lamentations 3:22-23......The Lord's lovingkindnesses indeed never cease, for His compassions never fail. They are new every morning:
Great is Thy faithfulness. You have what it takes, your faith & hope. You are precious to all of us.....continue on Glorifying the Lord. Love and hugs, Aunt Giggie & Uncle Bob
