Steps Forward!!!!
I went to the Dr. on Thursday and was surprised to find out my white and red blood cells and platelets are all holding steady on their own. This is excellent news! I did not need any transfusions and do not have to go back until Monday. This gives us are first free weekend in long time!
Aubrey came yesterday afternoon and couldn't be more beautiful! We are looking forward to spending time with her, Aunt Marylyn and Grammy this weekend.
I had a great birthday. Your generosity is much appreciated! I love you all so much!

Jared, we are so happy to hear that you finally are catching a small break and can have a weekend away from the hospital and doctors. We wish we could have seen the look on your face when you saw grammy there for your birthday, how awesome & fun! We are sure you will be enjoying your new niece, oh the joys of being aunts & uncles! Congratulations Uncle Jared & Aunt Christina! I am sure you are both proud. Please tell Joanna & Justin and the rest of the family congrats as well!
We have been thinking of you daily and praying for you. We got to play softball against one of your HEB nurses on Friday and she was beaming that she got to see you this week. It sounds like more prayers are being answered each day for you. Praise the Lord for a doctor free weekend :) Thank you for keeping the blog updated it is so good to hear from you and helps us to know how to pray.
