"Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place, and with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace. In addition to all of this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinquish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God." Ephesians 6:14-17

Back Again

Jared got to come home Saturday evening. But after one miserable day at home he checked back in today. He went in this morning to discover he had a fever, low oxygen and low blood pressure. His white blood cells have shot up 32,000 (which is way too high). They have started antibiotics already and we are waiting for the blood cultures to come back. More than likely he has an infection of some sort. They also think he has an infection in his eye. Jared is pretty confused and disorientated at this time. Dr. P is concerned about Graft vs. Host disease and wants to keep a close eye on Jared. We are praying this is a short hospital stay. Please continue to keep us in your prayers!

Continuing to believe God with you, Jared and Christina, and today for healing of this infection and graft vs host. The blood of Jesus over you, and strength in His name.

Christina, we know this has been the most difficult road in all of your lives and you have been handling everything with such grace. We will pray that they can get this infection under control and that Jared will be able to go back home. None of us truly know all that our Texas family has gone through but please know we are all praying for strength, courage, mercy, and peace to surround you. You are in our hearts, minds, and prayers constantly and we will continue to stand in the gap for all of you. Stay strong! All our love~~xoxoxo~~Misty & Bob
