Note from Christina
I just want to let everyone know how much I love you all! We could not make it without you and your prayers.
I am so sad that the 100 day celebration had to be called off but I know there will be another celebration soon. Jared has had some good improvements the last couple of days. He is awake a lot more and able to visit, which I love! This road is hard to say the least but the victory is going to be huge!
The chemo will be finished around noon tomorrow and he is up for visitors.
I have the best husband and best friend. He has a fight in him that I could have only hoped for. He has to be the one fighting for us both.
If anyone has tried to call me the last few days please know I was not avoiding you. My phone was broken but thanks to a GREAT father-in-law I have a new one now. However, I lost all my phone numbers.
Also, there is something I have been wanting to say for a long time. A lot of you probably already know about him but please pray for Ethan Powell. He is a baby with leukemia whose situation has been very close to Jareds. His website is http://ethanpowell.com/ .

Christina, you are AMAZING! None of us can truly understand what you have & are going through, but you have handled yourself with true grace. We have been following daily little Ethan. It is quite parallel what he is going through and what Jared is going through. And I think I have problems.....

We agree that you have a great father-in-law (and mother-in-law!) Some of our earliest memories when all the kids were little include Terry and Dianne. You married into a good family and we are so glad you have all of them. The Lord is still in control and "our times are in His hands." Still praying and expecting God to intervene.
