Long overdue update..

Hey everyone, I am sorry it has been so long since I have updated the blog. First things first, we had a great time in Las Vegas, we left some of our money there, but I am told that is not so uncommon! Thanksgiving was wonderful, we ate very well and were lucky enough to enjoy our turkey day with a Cowboys and Chiefs win and, of course, we got to spend time with our Grammy! The last month has still been difficult for me dealing with the different drugs I have been on. Luckily the steroids have been reduced down and the stomach problems that I had been having seem to be almost totally under control, however, I have been dealing with some pretty severe joint problems. So we could use your continued prayers in that area. Yesterday, Christina and I were in a car accident, a woman pulled out in front of us and we hit her going about 30 mph. I don't think that either of us are hurt, but our car is in pretty bad shape, we ask that you all pray that the process of getting our car fixed would move along smoothly and quickly. There is supposed to be an article in the Fort Worth Star Telegram pretty soon, they interviewed both Christina and I and they have come out and taken our picture together as well. The reporter said that there has been alot of requests for an update of my story. As soon as it comes out I will post it on the blog. I hope that everyone is doing well, we love you all very much, now get out there and get your Christmas shopping done, only 12 days left!
